Lots of people ask me "what is Nan short for, Nanette, Nancy, etc or what's your real name?" My reply is always the same it's "Just Nan"
So that's me...Just Nan...I teach Yoga, I practice Yoga, I Love Yoga!

I am often asked why should I try Yoga? While there are a gazillion (made-up word I think) reasons I could give....The reason I practice Yoga is... because it makes me feel good! 
Someone said (can't remember who?) "when you get,  give, when you learn,  teach" that's why I share Yoga...I think everyone deserves to feel good, maybe the Yoga I teach can be a part of that.
 I hope so!
